Awards & Honors

Recognizing Courage • Honoring Service • Preserving Life.

At the Guardians of Life Foundation, every act of courage, every selfless service, and every life saved deserves recognition. Our Awards & Honors celebrate the individuals, teams, and organizations whose dedication, compassion, and commitment make a meaningful difference in protecting and preserving human life.
Through these honors, we recognize outstanding contributions, inspire future acts of service, and celebrate those who embody the true spirit of humanity.
The Guardians of Life Foundation, Inc. Awards & Honors Program recognizes individuals, teams, units, organizations, and community partners whose service reflects courage, lifesaving achievement, professional excellence, humanitarian service, leadership, community contribution, or sustained dedication to emergency services and public safety.
Nominations may be submitted by members of the public, emergency-services organizations, public-safety agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, employers, colleagues, and other qualified individuals. Each nomination should clearly explain what the nominee accomplished, why the accomplishment is significant, and how the nominee's conduct reflects the standards of the award for which recognition is requested.
Please have the nominee's name and affiliation, the award category, relevant dates and locations, a clear nomination narrative, and any appropriate supporting documentation available before beginning. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, including patient-identifying information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, or confidential records.
Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection or presentation of an award. Nominations may be reviewed for completeness, eligibility, verification, conflicts of interest, and award classification before being presented for authorized consideration. The Foundation may request additional information and may determine that another award category or form of recognition is more appropriate.
