Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

Guardians of Life Foundation, Inc.

Charitable contributions are donations rather than purchases of merchandise or services; therefore, the Foundation does not operate a traditional merchandise return policy.

1 Donation Errors

If a donor believes a contribution was made in error, duplicated, or processed for an incorrect amount, the donor should contact the Foundation promptly and provide the name, transaction date, amount, email address used, and transaction or confirmation number if available.

2 Refund Requests

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, an authorized refund may be issued to the original payment method, subject to processor requirements. The Foundation may request reasonable documentation to verify the transaction.

3 Recurring Donations

A donor may request cancellation of future recurring donations. Cancellation applies to future transactions and does not automatically reverse contributions already processed.

4 Unauthorized Transactions

Donors who believe a transaction was unauthorized should contact the Foundation promptly and may also contact their financial institution or card issuer.

5 Processing Time

Refund processing time may depend upon the payment processor and financial institution. The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to process approved refunds promptly.
