1. Electronic Acknowledgment

Online donors may receive an electronic transaction confirmation or donation acknowledgment using the email address provided during the donation process.

2. Donor Responsibility

Donors should retain their donation acknowledgment, receipt, confirmation, and other transaction records. The Foundation does not provide individual tax advice; donors should consult their own qualified tax adviser regarding tax treatment of charitable contributions.

3. Foundation Records

The Foundation maintains donation records for legitimate organizational, accounting, governance, reporting, and legal purposes. Access to donor information is limited according to the Foundation’s internal controls.
